Over 10 years ago, I found an audio cassette in a thrift shop toy bin where everything was $0.35 per pound. This was a mix tape someone made, and the only clue to it's origin was the hand-written title: "Beth's Lux Mix". I put that cassette in my car and listened to it for the next several years.
I never found out who Beth was, but that cassette turned into a soundtrack for driving alone during that stage of my life. I only found the tape again recently and decided to digitally recreate it. It still feels right to listen to it alone and my brain still expects the next track. I can only image the love and care that Beth put into this creation. Wherever you are, thanks for sharing your music with me and I hope you don't mind me sharing it with the world.
